By using KamilAI, you agree to these Terms. If you use KamilAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must comply with applicable laws, including EU consumer, privacy, and intellectual property rules. You may not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
3. User content and rights
You retain ownership of your uploaded images and prompts. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform content solely to provide the service.
4. AI output disclaimer
AI output may contain errors or unexpected artifacts. You are responsible for checking results before sharing or commercial use.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans renew as described at checkout unless canceled. Fees are shown before payment. You authorize our payment processor to charge selected plans. Taxes may apply where required.
6. Consumer rights (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, mandatory statutory rights apply and are not limited by these Terms. Where digital services are supplied immediately after purchase, withdrawal rights may be affected where legally permitted.
7. Prohibited activities
- Uploading personal data without proper authorization.
- Using KamilAI for illegal surveillance, defamation, or harassment.
- Reverse engineering, security probing, or abuse of service resources.
8. Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, compliance, or security. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KamilAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, except where EU consumer law requires local mandatory protections.
